Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, from the date of the parcel that you received. However, if more than 30 days have gone by since your order’s delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, product and/or package pictures, product serial number and other relevant details.

Please do not send your order/parcel back to our warehouse without our prior approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products/items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any partial refund requests are up to our own discretion to either approve or reject such request.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, you may contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, you may contact your bank to seek clarification since there might have some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a ticket here to get more information.

Shipping

To return your product, our Customer Service team will contact and provide you with all the necessary details together with our warehouse address for you to ship back the item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item and this shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item of over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing the shipping insurance for the parcel.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any refund for a product must be returned/ arrive to us for ab inspection before a refund can be processed.
