How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

During checkout, our website shows the available delivery methods for your destination, the price, and the estimated delivery time in working days. Working days do not include Sundays, or any Public Holiday in the Netherlands or the country of destination. Estimated delivery days are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by but are not guaranteed and should be taken as an estimation basis only.

In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times because of factors outside of our control.

For any orders that are placed before 2 pm on Monday to Saturday, these orders will be dispatched on the same day, for the delivery to be made the next day. For any orders placed after 2 pm, these will be dispatched the following working day for delivery on the next working day.

For Saturdays orders:

  • Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on Saturday.
  • Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please note that orders will require a signature upon delivery. Dispatch times may vary during sale periods and busy trading times.

Additional delivery information

Shipment dates are estimates with which our couriers work to achieve. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e., severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

For shipments to Netherlands, we offer the following options:

  • Standard Delivery (Estimated Delivery of 4-8 Working Days, with Tax & Duty Included) = Free Delivery for orders over €50. Additional Fee of €7 applies for orders below €50.
  • Express Delivery (Estimated Delivery of 2-3 Working Days, with Tax & Duty Included) = Additional Fee of €7

 For shipments to Belgium, we offer the following options:

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are sent straight away to be picked and packed as soon as the confirmation button is pushed! Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email confirmation with tracking information.

Is it possible to track my order?

Absolutely! All of our shipping options come with tracking information. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, including a tracking link, to the email address you entered when ordering.

If you do not see this email in your inbox after a couple of days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be expertly packed and shipped with utmost care by our fantastic team, located in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Poland.

What should I do if my order is late?

We keep in close contact with our courier partners to make sure delivery estimates are correct, keeping it as up-to-date as possible. Sadly, some conditions are out of our control or local events can occasionally cause a delay.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame or something looks unusual on the courier tracking pages, please do contact us!

Any orders that arrived late that you no longer wish to keep, may be returned for a refund. For more information on this part, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I ship my order to a forwarding address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders to a forwarding address. We may cancel your order and contact you if a forwarding address is entered at the checkout.

1. Warranty Period for Defective/Damaged Items:

  • Our coverage for replacing items that are delivered defective or damaged lasts for 2 Years from the date you received your parcel.
  • If it has passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or replacement under these terms.

2. Eligibility for Exchange (Defective/Damaged Items):

  • We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt or due to a manufacturing fault apparent within the 30-day period.
  • This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or reasons not due to our error after the item has been received and used.
  • To process a warranty claim for a defective or damaged item, we require:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
    • Clear pictures of the product defect and/or package damage.
    • The product serial number (if applicable).
    • Other relevant details as requested by our support team.

3. Warranty Claim Process:

  • Contact Us First: If you believe your item is defective or damaged and falls within the 32 year period, please contact us first by submitting a ticket. Do not send the item back without prior approval.
  • Provide Information: Submit the required proof of purchase, photos, serial number, and details of the defect/damage.
  • Assessment: Our team will assess your claim based on the information provided.
  • Return Authorisation (If Applicable): If a return is necessary for inspection or exchange, our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions and the correct return warehouse address.
  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage. We will notify you via email upon receipt and regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
  • Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will process the exchange for the same item. The time it takes for the replacement item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the defective or damaged item to us.
  • These return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items 1 valued over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. An exchange can only be processed after the item is received and inspected by us.

5. Limitations:

  • This warranty coverage is limited to replacement of defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items showing obvious signs of misuse, damage not due to our error, or issues reported after 30 days are not covered under this exchange policy.
  • For issues beyond this 2-year period, please contact customer service, but coverage is not guaranteed under these specific terms.
