1. Warranty Period for Defective/Damaged Items:
- Our coverage for replacing items that are delivered defective or damaged lasts for 2 Years from the date you received your parcel.
- If it has passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or replacement under these terms.
2. Eligibility for Exchange (Defective/Damaged Items):
- We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt or due to a manufacturing fault apparent within the 30-day period.
- This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or reasons not due to our error after the item has been received and used.
- To process a warranty claim for a defective or damaged item, we require:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Clear pictures of the product defect and/or package damage.
- The product serial number (if applicable).
- Other relevant details as requested by our support team.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact Us First: If you believe your item is defective or damaged and falls within the 32 year period, please contact us first by submitting a ticket. Do not send the item back without prior approval.
- Provide Information: Submit the required proof of purchase, photos, serial number, and details of the defect/damage.
- Assessment: Our team will assess your claim based on the information provided.
- Return Authorisation (If Applicable): If a return is necessary for inspection or exchange, our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions and the correct return warehouse address.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage. We will notify you via email upon receipt and regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
- Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will process the exchange for the same item. The time it takes for the replacement item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the defective or damaged item to us.
- These return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items
1 valued over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. An exchange can only be processed after the item is received and inspected by us.
5. Limitations:
- This warranty coverage is limited to replacement of defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, damage not due to our error, or issues reported after 30 days are not covered under this exchange policy.
- For issues beyond this 2-year period, please contact customer service, but coverage is not guaranteed under these specific terms.
